Begin with useful inputs.
Define the source, access and information the workflow is allowed to use.
AI & automation
Useful AI and automation, built around your workflow and the decisions people should keep.

“Customer service is amazing, web page is very clear and understandable and the product is great!”
“Superfast response and delivery, excellent quality. Highly recommended.”
“FDS cards were very helpful and on point with all the requests.”
“Excellent product range & quality & very proffesional & quick service. I strongly reccomend them.”
“Responsive and forthcoming staff, great communication”
“Fast service and good quality.”
“It was better than advertised :)”
The experience
Automate a bounded task. Keep the source visible, the review meaningful and the next action clear.

Define the source, access and information the workflow is allowed to use.

Summarise and structure the request so a colleague can review it quickly.

Approve, edit or escalate before a customer-facing action is taken.
Selected work
Conversation design, business knowledge and handover are part of a complete customer experience.
Useful answers and a clear route to a person when the conversation needs one.
Customer conversations, bookings and relationships brought into one product ecosystem.
The business case
See what a reviewed automation could free up across a busy team.
Scenario: 8 → 3 minutes per task, including human review.
Capacity is not guaranteed cost saving. Software fees, setup, review quality and exceptions affect the business case.
Monthly handling time · before and after the modelled change
The details that matter
Clear decisions, visible progress and an agreed handover. The details that make the work easier to own.
One task, a useful baseline and clear success criteria.
Agreed data access, human review and a fallback when the workflow cannot proceed.
Review output quality and handling time before extending the workflow.
Before we start
We agree the deliverables, responsibilities, ownership and ongoing costs before production.
No. A clearer process, a deterministic rule or an existing connection may be more suitable. We choose the approach around the task rather than adding AI by default.
The approval boundary is agreed explicitly. Tasks involving judgement or consequential actions can keep a person in control. Exceptions and failed checks need a defined route.
Agree a baseline and review criteria before the pilot: for example handling effort, corrections and whether the output is useful. No saving is promised before the process is tested.
Tell us what you want to improve. We’ll help you work out a practical next step.
