ForRest Glamp
Connect the stay to the story.
An eight-month collaboration connecting practical learning, a hospitality website and international marketing. The work involved the owners, board and team in the decisions behind the guest journey.
- Guest audience & positioning
- Website & booking journey
- Content, analytics & AI

01 / The work
Learn the business before choosing the channels.
The starting point was a shared understanding of the guests, the offer and the reasons to choose a stay. Marketing, design and AI sessions helped the owners and team connect those questions to practical decisions. The collaboration developed over eight months, with implementation alongside learning.
- Review the guest segments and target markets.
- Connect the nature, cabins and experience to a clear message.
- Choose channels and campaign ideas around the audience.
02 / The work
Make the website part of the guest journey.
The website work brought the accommodation, location and practical booking information into a clearer structure. Multilingual content and a mobile-friendly experience supported visitors researching a stay from different markets.
- Restructure accommodation and experience content.
- Clarify booking and contact routes, including the mobile journey.
- Develop search-friendly page content and international presentation.
03 / The work
Give the team a repeatable content approach.
Social content connected the visual identity to the setting and the stay. The work covered Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, with photography, video ideas and a publishing approach the team could review and continue.
- Build a consistent visual and verbal direction.
- Plan content around real guest questions and the experience.
- Use AI to help explore copy, research and creative concepts, with human review.
04 / The work
Read what happens next.
The original collaboration included analytics and search tools, including Google Analytics 4, Hotjar and SEMrush. Learning focused on understanding visitor behaviour and using the information to review the website and marketing.
- Connect website activity to the questions behind the campaign.
- Review search visibility and the route to an enquiry or booking.
- Use the findings to decide the next change, rather than adding activity without a purpose.

What carries forward
Keep the
understanding.
Marketing, website design and measurement become more useful when the team understands how they fit together. This case connects training with a longer implementation engagement.
