Hexa Academy / The current programme

Understand.
Build. Improve.

Three 60-minute lectures. One question from your own business, role or next idea. Start with the foundation, choose a focused session or shape a longer programme.

One-to-one · Small groups up to five
Canary Wharf · Online · Your company office

  1. 01 / 60 minutes

    Strategy & the AI Landscape

Connect the tools to your goal. Work out where AI can help, what information it needs and which decisions stay with you.

A written plan for your business, role or next project.

  2. 02 / 60 minutes

    Build & Automate

Work through a real task together. Start a workflow, a landing page or the first part of an app, using a brief you understand.

A first working piece to test and develop.

  3. 03 / 60 minutes

    Ship & Grow

Review what you have made, prepare the next release and decide how to measure it. Turn the exercise into a method you can repeat.

A clear route to launch, review and improvement.

Choose your direction.

Keep the foundation broad or go deeper on the topic that matters to you.

Business growth & automation

Map repeated enquiries, follow-ups, scheduling and administration. Decide where an assistant or workflow would be useful.

Marketing & analytics

Connect campaigns, content, search and advertising to your audience. Read analytics, CRM and loyalty data with a clear question.

Websites & conversion

Plan the structure, message and enquiry journey. Build a page, then consider forms, measurement and follow-up.

Apps, software & CRM

Use AI coding tools to explore an app, dashboard or customer system. Learn how to describe, test and improve a first version.

Graphic design & creative

Work on identity, marketing materials and AI-assisted imagery, grounded in typography, colour, composition and consistency.

Tools & connected workflows

Compare tools, write useful instructions and combine steps into a repeatable process that a team can understand and review.

Something to keep working on.

Keep the project you develop together, alongside guides, templates and checklists. The scope and launch arrangements follow the work you choose; a full production website or system is agreed separately.

Recognition & a next step.

On completing your programme, a Hexa Academy certificate records the learning and hours completed. This is professional learning, not an accredited academic qualification. Suitable students can discuss internship opportunities with the academy or a partner; places are arranged individually.

Topics to make your own

Bring the learning
back to your work.

These focus topics carry the practical detail of our established marketing, website and AI teaching into the current programme. Choose the exercises that fit your business.

Marketing Strategy & Effective Design

Build an effective campaign from start to success with a 7-step framework.

  • How to identify your target audience correctly
  • How to choose the right marketing channels
  • What motivates customers and why they buy
  • How to craft the right message for the right audience
  • How to design marketing materials (print, digital, video) that convert
  • How to measure and improve ROI
  • How to scale campaigns that work

Bring an offer you want customers to understand. A useful starting question is: who needs it, and what makes the choice difficult?

In practice: Review your current marketing and turn the findings into a focused improvement plan.

Effective Website Development or Redesign

Learn how to build or improve a website that converts visitors into customers

  • Which CMS platforms are best
  • Website structure that generates leads
  • Modern UX/UI design principles
  • What content every good website must include
  • How to make your website mobile-friendly
  • How to use analytics to improve performance
  • How to use AI tools to speed up building

Bring your current website or a proposed structure. Identify one task visitors should be able to complete without help.

In practice: Start a landing page around your own business during a guided exercise. No coding background is needed to begin.

AI Tools for Business, Marketing & Automation

A practical introduction to the most powerful AI tools available today

  • Large Language Models: ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude
  • Image generators: Leonardo, Midjourney, Runway
  • Video generators: Sora, Veo, Pika Labs, Runway Gen-2
  • Coding assistants: Bolt.new, GPT Codex, Cursor
  • Automation & workflows: n8n, GPT Agents, Zapier-style automations
  • Social media automation: Buffer, Zoho Social
  • Voice & audio AI: Suno, ElevenLabs

Bring a repeated task using non-sensitive examples. Consider what should remain your decision and what assistance would actually help.

In practice: Try an AI-assisted task, compare the output with your brief and decide how to check it before use.

What to look for

  1. The screen recording begins with a website brief in ChatGPT.
